As we always say here in Bitbetter HQ, we know that everyone has their own unique journey through life, and what exercise means to one person can vary drastically to the next person!

To some, a gentle walk or yoga stretch is enough to make themselves feel a bitbetter, while to others, a marathon is what they choose to do to make their fitness journey a bit better!
